<br>VI Międzynarodowa Wystawa SevTECH-2010 odbyła się w Murmańsku w dniach od 30 września do 2 października. Wystawa, która została przeprowadzona w ramach Międzynarodowego Forum Gospodarczego - II Arctic Murmańsk, miała za zadanie stać się jeszcze jednym z miejsce spotkań dla firm z sektora ropy naftowej, gazu i energetyki.</p>

<p style="padding:10px">Udział wzięło ponad 100 firm z 10 regionów Rosji oraz z 5 innych krajów (Norwegia, Finlandia, Francja, Wielka Brytania i Kanada). Indywidualne stoiska z nowoczesnym sprzętem zostały przedstawione przez Shtokman Development AG, Total, Statoil ASA. Stowarzyszenie dostawców dla przemysłu naftowo-gazowego Murmanshelf (Murmańsk) oraz Centrum "Sozvezdie" (Archangielsk), zorganizowały kompleksowe stoiska tematyczne. Wśród pozostałych uczestników znalazły się duże i znane firmy takie jak: OAO "Apatit", MSCO, Port Handlowy Murmańsk, OAO "SEVMASH", OAO Centrum remontowe statków "Zvyozdochka", itp.
<br><br>1 października odbyła się prezentacja Liebherr-Rosja. Rosyjska filia międzynarodowego producenta Liebherr promowała w Murmańsku swoje maszyny budowlane.
<br><br>Erik Lahstein, Sekretarz Stanu w Ministerstwie Spraw Zagranicznych Norwegii, odwiedził wystawę aby powitać norweskich przedsiębiorców oraz ich rosyjskie filie, oraz dowiedzieć się więcej na temat ich produktów i usług. VBS Consulting Ltd. Znalazło się w tym gronie wraz z Reinertsen NWR, Ramboll, Bellona, Offshore AS Kimek, itp.

<br>On June, 2, 2010, VBR participated in the 10th FIBA meeting. This time 40 businessmen went on a business trip to Teriberka, place for future LNG plant.</p>

<font size=-1><em>Presentation in future Arctic Hotel</em></font>
<p style="padding:10px">The agenda includes welcoming speech by Valery Yarantsev, Teriberka`s Mayor, together with presentation of Teriberka past and future, main industries and investment possibilities. Mr. Yarantsev confirmed that there are some buildings and land plots for sale and he is ready to discuss it officially at a separate meeting.
<br><br>One more speaker is Ulrich Kreuzenbeck from OOO “Flait”, Murmansk, presented project on Arctic hotel in Teriberka. This Hotel for business people as well as for workers and tourists is expected to be ready up to November/December 2010 as first step offering 52 guest rooms and as a second step app. 40 additional rooms. Office rig outside the hotel already summer 2011.
<br><br>Information from The SDAG coordination meeting in Moscow on June, 01, was also shared. Meeting in Moscow confirmed the latest deadlines for investment decisions to be made: March 2011 – for the offshore phase, and December 2011 – for LNG plant construction.
<br><br>All meeting participants had an opportunity to see the drive way to the possible location of LNG plant in Teriberka that is now on stage of drilling and blasting operations. The road is 8,800 m long stretching through the rocks along a fjords-shaped shore. The construction process employs 260 people accommodated in 60 wagons and provided by a laundry, a dining hall, a bakery and a sauna.
<br><br>Just to remind, FIBA is a Foreign Investors Business Association in Murmansk sharing its network, competence and knowledge of local investment environment. It presently includes 35 members from Russia, Norway, Finland and France. Among them are VBS Consult AS, Total, Malthus, Reinertsen, DnB NOR, Olen Betong, Ramboll,  SIVA and others.

<br>VBS Consult AS have signed frame agreement with ALSTOM for project TCM DA on Technology Centre, Mongstad (TCM).</p>

<p style="padding:10px">TCM DA includes prefabrications and installation in regard to building of a pilot for catch of CO2.
TCM will try out two new technologies for catching of CO2 from two sources with different CO2 content.
<br><br>This contract with ALSTOM gives ALSTOM the opportunity to request consultants from VBS Consult AS in connection with the works that will be performed at Mongstad.
<br><br>For VBS consult AS this mean that we will be able to keep more of our local HSE consultants at Mongstad even longer when the existing projects comes to an end this year.

<br>During the weekend 5.3. – 8.3.2010 was a big section of the bridge at eastern tangent pushed in position by use os a challenging technicue – it was pushed over on top of the foundations across the railway tracks.</p>

<P class="nyhetsdetalj" style="padding:10px"><b><font size=1>Published 03. mar. '10:<br></font>Emplyees and Management at Kårstø receives the Directors HSE award</b></font>
<br>The Statoil HSE award 2010 went to the Kårstø Project. This award is the highest award you can achieve in Statoil when it comes to HSE work.

<p style="padding:10px">This year there were 80 nominees for this award, and in the finale there was 6 candidates.
<br><br>Kårstø have shown a strong achievement and systematic approach to the HSE challenges through many years, said director Helge Lund when he handed out the price.
Another success criteria is what is called “blue jackets” on Kårstø. The “blue jackets” are colleagues that wear blue jackets and that are good to communicate and to come in dialogues with other colleagues. These help their colleagues in thinking safety and to work safe.
In addition there is the HSE School at Kårstø – a three days course that everyone that shall work on the site have to participate in.

<br>"OOO VBS Consulting" w Rosji podpisało dziś umowę z " State Institutions Vocational Education Lyceum No 6".

<p style="padding:10px">"Zawodowe Liceum nr 6" jest uczelnią techniczną liczącą 750 studentów, która kształci spawaczy, marynarzy, mechaników itp.
<br><br>"We współpracy z uczelnią będziemy organizować kursy, mające na celu szkolenie i certyfikowanie spawaczy, zarówno zgodnie z rosyjskimi jak i europejskimi normami" mówi kierownik projektu Alf Håkon Danielsen.
<br><br>"Będziemy również mogli certyfikować spawaczy z Europy, jako że uczelnia oferuje zakwaterowanie dla kilkuset osób naraz."
<br><br>Nasze kursy, w niedalekiej przyszłości, zostaną poszerzone. Planujemy zaoferować w Murmańsku, wszystkie szkolenia, które są obecnie dostępne w Norwegii oraz w Polsce.

<br>VBS- Consult AS starts a new training center at Mongstad, about 43 miles north of Bergen, where we are located in bright, modern offices in West Piping’s administration building.</p>

<p style="padding:10px">Our experience and expertise used in our courses as we adapt and facilitate our customers in different languages.
<br><br>In our new training center, we have rooms that can take 20 to 50 participants. In February we will be able to offer courses in fall protection and HSE in Norwegian, Polish and English, which are basis for further training.
